Fantastic book and super easy read as the author has added humor to a very real problem for a lot of people. Really practical changes easy to implement to reap the rewards. What I found most interesting is that I felt as though he really understood real life problems which made it easier for me to continue as I really believe this book solves common issues in everyday life. Great read highly recommend it!
